I posted this Postcard and Cover to Jessica.

I use two different Commemorative stamp on IPU to send this postcard. Those stamps issued in 2017. It have another miter postage miter mark. Hope Jessica will get this card in time. And, also hope she will like it.

I use all Commemorative Stamps on "Scout". Those stamps issued in 2017. Put a bird Air Mail Label. And, this cover have a postmark from the Philatelic Bureau. Hope the regular post office will make there mark on those stamps.
